January was about 300 days long. It just kept going and going, but we finally made it.
For me personally, the month was quite nice. We had a couple of long weekends, I got to work on some New Year's goals, and I tried some new things. I went to the "Science of Beer" event at MoSH with my dad, saw Parade at Playhouse on the Square, and made it to a book club! It was fun doing some exploration.

For Coco, the month was not great. She had to get her teeth cleaned and she was not happy. When she got home, she was still very much feeling the effects of the anesthesia. It was both pitiful and hilarious.

And for the country, I don't think January went very well. LA is still on fire. There have been some devastating air accidents. Cold weather has blasted areas unaccustomed to snow and ice. And we have some leaders who obviously do not care about anyone but themselves and their own interests.
So we have a few options. We can treat all people with respect, always a good option. We can also be a menace to those who choose not to be respectful. We can do that through out shopping choices, entertainment choices, etc. And being a menace is always fun.
Have a great February!
