So my Spring Break is coming up and I am super-excited to be traveling to Washington, D.C. Originally, the idea came about because I needed to get a Visa for my upcoming trip to China, and my lovely home state of Tennessee is assigned to the Chinese Embassy in D.C. for such services. But, since my acceptance to the Peace Corps and my brother's acceptance to an internship in Singapore, my family decided to use it as a "vacation together while everyone is still in the same country." Here are the list of places we're planning to visit, which, of course, will probably change as we go through the trip:
International Spy Museum
National Archives Museum
Bureau of Engraving and Printing
Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum
Library of Congress
Supreme Court Building
National Museum of American History
Monuments Tour
National Portrait Gallery
National Gallery of Art
Capitol Building
Mount Vernon
Arlington
